Pinterest Recipes I've Tried (and Liked!)
Pinterest can be a fickle thing for me. I LOVE spending hours combing through peoples Pins and finding inspiration in various forms. One thing I have trouble doing however, is determining whether something on Pinterest is actually plausible. I mean, there wouldn't exist Pinterest Fail if everything you tried from Pinterest turned out perfect, right? One of the main reasons I love using the website is to find great recipes to try out, so here is a little list of some that I've tested and have added to my recipe box for future use!
I just recently tried this recipe as I am trying to up my slow cooker game. This pork turned out perfect and I'm happy to say that Chris and I successfully finished all of it in a few days time! We made sandwiches out of it, then on the last day put it on top of a baked potatoe, delish.
Not only were these brownies adorable, but they tasted fantastic as well! They have crushed graham crackers in them and extra chocolate on top and now I want to make a batch of them.
Whew, that's a mouthful of a title! This is a go to recipe for my mother, who loves this dish because it can be put together and served quickly.
These cookies have been my biggest Pinterest hit yet. Not only did everyone around me want them and instantly need the recipe, they tasted just as great at they looked!
In case you haven't been able to tell yet, I'm a huge fan of the one pan meals. It just makes life simpler. This enchilada casserole was a piece of cake to put together (I used a store bought rotisserie chicken and canned enchilada sauce) and was a seriout hit! My boyfriend ate it for breakfast, lunch and dinner till it was gone. And that's a serious statement.
So that's it for today! Are there any Pinterest recipes that you seriously love or are wanting to try? I'm always looking for some new ones! Also, if you would like to follow me on Pinterest you can do so HERE.
