Whew, how is May already over?! This past month seemed to just fly by, as most do these days. Most of April and May have been crazy busy for both Chris and I and this upcoming weekend is our first one at home in over a month. Needless to say, I. Am. Pumped. With all of that being said, here's what I've been listening to this past month:

1. Brand New - Deja Entendu: Oh yes, you read that correctly. Brand New re-released this emo masterpiece starting on Record Store Day this year, but I wasn't able to snag a copy till it was widely released on May 5th. It's been on non-stop repeat ever since.

2. Steve Earle - I Feel Alright: Steve Earle is an overall badass, but this record is especially great. I love how this record easily transcends time as it sounds as thought it could of been recorded last week.

3. Eddie Rabbitt - Horizon: Chris and I recently found a gold mine of a place for vintage country vinyl and this album was tucked away in there. I can still recite ever word to Drivin' My Life Away, so getting this album was a no brainer. Well, the midnight headlight blind you on a rainy night...

4. Old 97's - Most Messed Up: This is a great record from the Old 97's, but I've rarely found one I don't like from ol' Rhett and the boys...

5. Guy Clark - The South Coast of Texas: Definitely a Chris influenced pick here as he frequently listens to this album on repeat, but it has so many great classics on it how could you not?
